Fresh Tomato & Basil Whisper-Dry™ Pasta

Ingredients (2 servings)

 

  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or penne)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (or ¾ tsp freeze-dried garlic)

  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tsp honey or sugar

  • 1–2 tbsp freeze-dried basil

  • Salt & pepper

  • Parmesan, to finish

 


Instructions

 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water.

  2. In another pan, warm olive oil and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper & honey. Simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Turn off heat and stir in freeze-dried basil — it blooms instantly.

  5. Toss in cooked pasta.

  6. Finish with parmesan and another pinch of basil on top.
